Reviewing requirements, specifications and technical design documents together with Product Managers and Developers to provide timely and meaningful feedback
Creating detailed, comprehensive and well-structured test cases and test scripts
Designing and implementing automated tests in order to expand our existing test automation framework and test coverage
Identifying, sharing and nurturing the adoption of best practices in code health, testing, testability, and maintainability in collaboration with the wider Product Development department
Collaborating with Developers to define and implement mechanisms to inject testing earlier into the software development process
Setting up and maintaining new test environments
Detecting, documenting and tracking software and/or hardware issues
Verifying bug fixes
Planning and performing drive tests

Your qualifications:
Passion for software quality
Bachelor or Master degree in Engineering, Computer Science (or similar) and general understanding of the telecom industry
Proven experience in writing clear and comprehensive functional and non-functional test cases and test scripts
Proven experience in developing automated tests in C++, C#, Java, JavaScript (or similar)
Proven experience with Continuous Integration (CI) systems (e.g., Jenkins, Travis, GitLab)
Experience with SQL Server and SQL Management Studio is highly appreciated
ISTQB® (International Software Testing Qualifications Board) certifications are highly appreciated
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English, German as advantage
Ability to work independently and collaboratively with limited supervision in a collaborative, global environment
Driving license
