To complement our consulting team, we are currently recruiting an experienced Test / QA-
Manager with a strong Banking focus to support important IT development projects at our
clients location.

Knowledge/Skills:

• Profound know-how and proven track record in test and quality management –
  preferably with a large financial institution


• Excellent organisational and people management skills


• Conceptual thinkers and good communicators


• Fluent spoken and written English and German


• Proven ability to work in a multicultural environment


• Previous experience with banking systems would be desirable

Main Tasks:

• Planning, coordination, and documentation of QA measures


• Establishment of test concepts, plans, scripts, and test cases


• Management of system, integration, and user testing

To be considered for this opportunity you will ideally be educated to a degree level and
have several years of experience in a similar role. You are accustomed to working in an
international environment and delivering results of the highest quality. Applicants must
hold EU-12 passport or have valid Swiss work permit.

Place of work is Zurich, Switzerland – some additional travel may be required

Permanent position preferred, sub-contracting possible
