Stellenbeschreibung

Managing end to end operational process of transactions on the investment operations side, coordinating with both internal and external parties;

Ensuring investments into Target Funds by our entities are handled in a timely and efficient manner, including preparation and submission of subscription documents and KYC, in an increasingly complex and time critical environment;

Handling KYC requests from external parties;

Ensuring transactions are completed and reported;

Coordinating and resolving both internal and external queries and executing various types of legal transaction-related documentation;

Supporting the team in various ongoing projects, particularly in terms of process enhancements and system development.

Unsere Anforderungen

Swiss KV degree (or equivalent);

At least 3 years experience in a similar role in the financial industry, preferably within asset management;

Excellent verbal and written English language skills, German is an advantage;

Strong interest in investment operations;

High level of initiative and attention to detail, with a clear focus on client service and discretion;

Efficient, accurate, organized and reliable working style, flexible and able to work under pressure.
