Working with the Group’s Global Head of Communications, lead LafargeHolcim’s digital communications from website to social channels to position the company as the leader in its sector in:

Innovation & digitally-driven
Improving people’s lives: contributing to landmark architecture and infrastructure, while enabling affordable housing and uplifting the communities where it operates
Responsibilities
Leading, creating and commissioning content for LH digital channels, including the company website, webzine and social media channels
Leading digital campaigns and social media influencer strategies
Managing corporate issues in digital ecosystem and digital listening
Education/Qualifications
Bachelor’s or Master's in Journalism, or related field
Experience
Solid experience in digital and social media strategies
Proven experience in digital communications (website & social media)
Demonstrated capacity to work under tight deadlines, manage multiple priorities and get quickly up to speed on complex issues
Knowledge & Skills
Outstanding writing skills
Proven community building skills
Combine strategic thinking with excellence in execution
Provide counsel and effectively communicate with a wide range of internal stakeholders
Build strong networks and relationships across the business
Language Requirements
Native in English with German and other language a plus
