Our E-Commerce Department at the HQ in Bad Zurzach (Switzerland) is looking immediately for a highly motivated 


 


             Digital Analyst E-Commerce & CRM (f/m) (100%)


 Reporting to the Head of Online Marketing E-Commerce, the primary responsibility for this role is to provide insights to various functions in the E-Commerce team derived from existing data sources which you will continuously monitor for data integrity, too. In addition to this, merging and manipulating data from existing data sources in order to provide new ways of reporting and gaining insights will be your main priority.


 Roles & Responsibilities:



  • Leverage data to understand users and their online shopping behavior, developing insights that apply to product, marketing, and business strategy

  • Partner with executives, marketers, content managers, merchandisers, designers and developers to translate data insights into smarter decisions and applications

  • Build dashboards and reporting processes to monitor business and product trends

  • Develop frameworks, tools, and best practices to apply data insights towards business questions

  • Conduct analyses and build models that identify opportunities and drive growth

  • Analyze experiment data, communicate results, and drive decisions

  • Monitoring and ensuring data integrity and GDPR compliance across all data sources (e.g. SAP, Qlik Sense, Google Analytics)

  • Generate thoughtful, actionable reports for internal stakeholders

  • Enhance digital CRM insights and analytics to drive customer retention and reactivation across online channels through data-led testing strategies

  • Working across multi-disciplined teams you will continually review, interrogate and refine customer journey and campaign performance to drive new online opportunities with the over-arching aim of increasing customer value

  • Leverage data intelligence to identify opportunities to optimise onsite customers customer experience resulting in improved conversion and ROI

  • Build, maintain and manage the periodical review of attribution model, taking into account new initiatives weighting; online, offline and retail channels

  • Create, identify and track data trends across online landscape in order to set ecommerce benchmarks and KPIs

  • Identify gaps in the current data capture strategy to create an improvements roadmap and collaboratively implement enhancements


Your ideal profile:



  • Bachelor Degree with a focus in Data Science, Computer Science, Marketing, Business, Economics, or related fields required, MBA is a plus

  • Min. 1-2 years of hands-on research/data analysis experience in e-commerce is a must have

  • Proven ability to wrangle large datasets, explore and utilize raw data feeds

  • Possess an instinctive drive and curiosity for quantitative and qualitative data analysis

  • Ability to connect data analysis to find root causes of real business problems, in order to impact business performance

  • Fluent English is a must have, German is a plus

  • Excellent SQL skills, experience with Python and R is a plus

  • Strong project management skills with a keen focus on key details and ability to balance multiple projects in a fast-paced environment

  • Excellent communication and presentation skills and the ability to tell a complete story using data to a variety of audiences

  • Work independently as well as collaboratively as a member of a high-performing team

  • Strong relationship management and organizational skills
