Senior Administrative Assistant


We are currently recruiting for a Senior Administrative Assistant. The Senior Administrative Assistant position will support members of the EUCan Oncology team based in the Ringcenter office, Kriens, Switzerland. Reporting to the Associate Vice-President, Collaborations, the successful candidate will also provide support to two other Oncology Franchise Leads, and more limited support to the greater team.

  • Collaborate with other parts of the EUCan Oncology team, especially other SAAs/AAs, to ensure the entire team operates smoothly


Responsibilities include, but are not limited to the following:



  • Support to line manager and Franchise Leads

  • Manage Outlook calendars for line manager and Franchise Leads

  • Schedule internal and external appointments and meetings

  • Setting up contracts and coordinating with 3rd party agencies for regional meetings (live or virtual)

  • Occasional on-site meeting support (may require travel)

  • Prepare expense reports for line manager and Franchise Leads

  • SAP experience processing Expense Reports, Purchase Orders, and Payment Requests

  • Make travel arrangements (flights, hotel, local transport, etc.) and prepare travel settlements for line manager and Franchise Leads

  • Demonstrate and live ethics and integrity and act all times in full compliance with laws, regulations and company policies and adhering to highest ethical compliance codes within the pharmaceutical industry


Qualifications:



  • Commercial education or equivalent (KV), higher level education preferred

  • Typically requires a minimum of min. 5+ years' experience as general administrative assistant in international business environment

  • Ability to communicate fluently in English, both orally and in writing; additional fluency in German preferred

  • Strong MS Office user (outlook, power point, excel etc.)

  • Skilled user of Team Sites (MS Teams, SharePoint, etc.)

  • Analytical, problem-solving & proactive

  • Team player, flexible and service-minded

  • Excellent ability to multi-task and support multiple managers

  • SAP experience processing: Expense Reports; Purchase Orders and Payment Requests; Vendor Add Forms, as well as the capability to run reports within SAP
