The EMEA Associate Director, Oncology Marketing, leads marketing initiatives for the Oncology Platform of our BD Peripheral Intervention Business Unit across the EMEA Region.
This role supports the EMEA Countries to achieve the desired financial performance through timely market development, portfolio management and execution of key marketing programs.
This leadership position works closely with our General Manager of Oncology and other regional and global leaders to drive upstream and downstream global marketing campaigns.
The Associate Director also provides leadership to Oncology Marketing team and deliver market specific strategies and tactics to ensure that the Business Unit is well positioned for success.
Be accountable for launches on all levels, from registration to commercialization.
Collaborate with countries to adapt plans and “Go to market Activities” to local needs and support with execution.
Reinforce partnerships with existing Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs) and identify and develop new ones, in conjunction with cross-functional teams including Sales, Training and Market Development teams
Work with senior leaders to identify acquisition targets. Select and lead the EMEA diligence teams for each project.
Be and active member of the EMEA Marketing leadership team for BD.
Lead activities such as summits, advisory boards, symposia and podium talks.
Conduct regular customer visits to ensure continued awareness of the key market requirements/customer unmet needs.
You will be an experienced marketeer within Healthcare, with strong experience in downstream and upstream business development. We are looking for someone who can be strategic as well as tactical, able to balance short and long term objectives in order to meet defined business and growth goals.
Key to success in this role is the ability to navigate and establish relationships within our matrix, and work with different teams.
Experience in Oncology is preferred, as is a background in sales.
