• Shaping product vision, roadmap and growth opportunities 


• Managing the platform’s stakeholders within and outside of SUB


• Handling the product pipeline and collect, create, assess value and impact and prioritize requests / requirements


• Analyzing and leading service quality and efficiency of the platform in close collaboration with the colleagues in IT 


• Assessing and driving selected innovation ideas raised by our colleagues from the operational units 

 

You Offer

 

 

• Banking background with strong IT affinity or IT background with strong business affinity


• Ideally 2+ years of working experience as a Product Owner or Business Analyst


• Analytical skills and entrepreneurial judgement combined with good negotiation skills


• Experience in agile methodologies and hands-on working style


• Problem solving mentality and drive to achieve results 


• General understanding of machine learning, specifically cognitive computing capabilities


• Excellent communication, presentation and leadership skills


• Fluency in German and English (verbally and written)
