Leiter Rechnungswesen / Head of Accounting (gn)

in Vollzeit.

The role

• Personnel and technical management of the Finance & Accounting team, currently consisting of ten employees


• Representation of the finance department as a business partner to the organization


• Preparation and coordination of monthly, quarterly and annual financial statements in accordance with IFRS and the Swiss Code of Obligations as well as the monthly IFRS reporting package


• Responsibility for operational accounting as well as accounting for Group Finance transactions such as acquisitions of investments, intangible internally generated assets and financing instruments


• Execution of intercompany settlements and reconciliations - from the perspective of the local company as well as the SoftwareONE Group


• Monitoring liquidity in cooperation with the dunning department and Group Treasury


• Contact person for the auditors, tax advisors as well as the Group Accounting department


• Leading and participating in projects to increase efficiency, automation and process optimization as well as analyzing, revising and designing accounting processes


• Preparation of reports and ad-hoc analyses

 

 

What we need to see from you

• Business administration degree with a focus on finance and accounting, specialist in finance and accounting (federal professional certificate) or an equivalent qualification




• You have several years of management experience in a comparable position in an international (sales) company.




• You are confident in financial statements according to IFRS and OR, (tax knowledge is an advantage).




• You have very good Excel skills and ideally experience in Navision.




• You are fluent in German and have a very good command of English.




• You have good analytical and judgment skills as well as an understanding of complex business processes and possess a high degree of responsibility, resilience and creative drive.




• You are characterized by a proactive, independent and structured way of working, a confident manner and enjoy working in a team.




• Thanks to your strong communication skills and expert knowledge, you quickly build cooperative networks around you and are able to manage different interests in a rapidly growing sales organization.




• You have the right feeling for the needs of your team and lead it as a role model.
