Senior Solution Architect UDM (f/m/d)

We are looking for a Senior Solution Architect, who will be responsible for the UDM domain of 5GC and non-5GC solutions in an Agile delivery environment of digital services. This in a very collaborative, close and Ericsson unique set-up with a world leading customer. We welcome your interest in collaborating with us!

You will

• Be solution responsible for the complete value chain from business engagement, deployment all the way down to operations / support.


• Analyze customer technology, define business requirements and participate in risk analysis


• Scope, define and design solution offerings; driving end-to-end technical solutions in the UDM domain and working with core team on potential activities and solutions


• Guide other Architects, Integrators and Support Engineers who are distributed in DevOps agile teams belonging to the ART.


• Develop technical presentations and proposals, and perform customer presentations


• Provide feedback to R&D 


• Participate in knowledge transfer, documentation and information sharing


• Proactively influence the customer towards a positive perception of Ericsson


• Stay updated on new technology/technical areas and share information about solutions to enable customer competence build

To be successful in the role you must have

• As Solution Architect you show an expected senior level in your personality and in the UDM technical domain


• Consultancy and engagement skills


• Architecture understanding


• Own knowledge of network management, orchestration and CI/CD concepts


• A huge plus is familiarity with Ericsson’s portfolio and platforms


• Agile and SAFe process knowledge


• Good social, persuasion and presentation skills, and an ability to build working relationships quickly


• Cultural awareness and excellent language skills; proficiency in English is a must and German a huge plus


• Accountable, result oriented, self-driven, proactive


• Experience in mentoring


• Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s in relevant domain


• Minimum years of experience: 5+
