Your responsibilities
Full responsibility for warranty commitments of dedicated projects
Handling of customer claims and controlling of guarantee compliance
Providing and implementing solutions to claims (involving engineering departments, deploying people to the site and coordinating site activities etc.)
Responsibility for cost compliance within the warranty portfolio (direct P&L impact)
Regular reporting to the Board
Regular visits on site (travelling ~20%)
Your experiences
Bachelor’s in engineering or economics with significant experience in industrial environment
5+ years of experience as Lead Engineer, Technical Project Manager, Project or Contract Manager with commissioning / site experience
Sound knowledge of SAP, PIRS is a plus
Solid understanding of contracts (technical and commercial) and cost awareness
Excellent communication skills on various levels, resilience, ability to take decisions, and optimistic attitude
Fluency in English, any other European language is a plus
