The Digital Process Manager is the business process owner for Sales Business Excellence and is operationally in charge of the CRM tool from the Sales point of view, as well as the interface with IT (SAP), the Legal department (contract management), and Marketing. The incumbent actively drives the development and efficiency of sales related processes, together with stakeholders from the business and IT, oversees training and documentation, supports and takes ownership of change requests in close collaboration with IT and external partners.
