Then, you must be the right person to join our HQ Digital Team as CRM Intern to assist the team on CRM & e-CRM projects!

 

You will be successful in the role by:

 

• Coordinating the eCRM operations: markets and agencies’ coordination, operational management of the e-mailings (marketing automation, HQ & local newsletters)


• Analyzing CRM/eCRM results and conduct competitors studies to identify new opportunities


• Coordinating ad-hoc projects with HQ departments and markets (new touchpoints, gifting, assets...)


• Managing market implementation of CRM Digital Tools (eCards, WeChat work...) and handling market feedbacks as well as identifying activation best pratices


• Developing CRM reports for HQ and local uses: data crunching, CRM insights, identification of business opportunities.


• Helping implementing new CRM reports for the markets

 

Your skills we are looking for:

 

• You hold a Business or Engineering degree


• You speak fluent English, French is a plus


• You are at ease with data analytics tools and master Excel


• You are analytical-minded and able to create business analysis & insights based on data


• You have a “can do” attitude and are effective in managing projects and have a good ability to solve problems


• You possess a strong team spirit, you are proactive, enthusiastic and not afraid of challenges
