Marketing Development & 360 Intern - Gifting Squad

Marketing Development & 360 (customer experience, communication & analytics) 


Your missions :



  • You will join an agile team (“Scrum” approach),  made of cross-experts in Marketing, Communication, Customer Experience (including Merchandising & data analytics) with the objective to integrate the consumer at the center of their 360 initiatives on L’Occitane GIFTING projects: commercial events (Christmas, Mother’s day, Home range…) as well as the Art of Gifting (textile accessories, gift wrapping…).

  • You will daily collaborate with the experts, and be leader on some projects: You will participate in building the GIFTING category through multiple 360 ways (limited editions concept, products, wrapping, kits & accessories development, retail & digital communication campaign, customer experience, consumer & business analysis).  

  • You will grow in an international environment, highly competitive where innovation is key (product initiatives, testing, customer experience), and you will support the team in that mission.


 


PROFILE



  • Students looking for an end-of-studies internship or gap-year internship (internship agreement mandatory)

  • Fluency in French and English is key

  • Speaking Chinese or having a work/life experience in China is a strong plus

  • Previous internship experience in marketing or in a communication/merchandising agency is a plus.

  • Ability to understand the brand, the retail and cosmetic environment

  • Team player

  • Adaptability & flexibility

  • Organized, management of priorities

  • Proactive

  • Skilful: at ease with both creative and analytical topics


 


Starting Date : July 2021 for 6 months (full-time basis)
