Position Summary


 


As Global Workplace Design Management Lead, you will be in coordination with the Corporate HR team to define the workplace design strategy for Nestlé and guide Markets on how to design workplaces which conveys Nestlé purpose and values and promotes one Nestlé Look and Feel. You will also identify potential global providers in the Facility Management area, ensuring global Master agreements with those and relationships management through business performance reviews.


A day in the life of a Global Workplace Design Management Lead


 



  • Define and communicate the Group workplace management strategy

  • Provide the Group with a One Nestlé Workplace design concept that promotes our culture and values and enable our employees to experience our brands

  • Coach Markets on how to adapt our Group workplace design concept to their local needs, via the local Workplace solutions leads

  • Ensure external workplace design and technology trends are captured and integrated as per the Group needs

  • Identify and select potential providers to support the set-up of Nestlé's workplace management strategy

  • Ensure executive business reviews of the services delivered by global Integrated Facility Management providers

  • Maintain master services agreements with global IFM providers.

  • Coach Markets on best practices regarding Integrated Facility Management implementation and share facility management guidelines


What will make you successful


 



  • In-depth experience in leading workplace design strategy in a sizeable multinational company or experience leading workplace design in a consulting firm

  • Ideally previous responsibility for Facility Management strategy set up at Company level

  • Successful experience in impacting and influencing senior stakeholders in a multicultural environment

  • Proven ability to operate in a decentralized organization where global strategy must be relevant to local business needs

  • Ability to transform data into insight relevant to business leaders

  • Degree in Design or Architecture Diploma 

  • Fluency in English, German or French would be a plus
