Job Description

Our Supply Chain team ensures inventory is consistently available to meet customer demand. We coordinate all aspects of supply through supply planning, sourcing, making, inventory management, packaging and delivery. We partner across the Marketing, Finance and Manufacturing organizations to build a robust demand and supply plan and ensure we get products to the right customer, at the place, at the right time.

For our Swiss biotechnology facility based in Schachen, we are currently looking for an experienced Packaging Supervisor (m/f/d) to coordinate internal packaging orders within the Clinical Packaging ensuring final release is achieved on time (full-time, indefinite). On this role you will check on compliance topics, perform Quality checks and supervise ERP transactions.

THE PRIMARY ACTIVITIES INCLUDE BUT ARE NOT LIMITED TO:

• As part of the Packaging Support group you will be responsible for:
  
  
  
  • Compliance
  
  
  • Quality checks for packaging batch records
  
  
  • Pre- and post-Execution review including In-Process-Controls
  
  
  • Driving speed, flexibility and reliability
  
  
  • Achieving of batch records
  
  
  • Checking ERP transactions and close work orders.
  
  


• Provide support to updates and review of the Standard Operation Procedures and other GMP relevant documents.


• Serve as a point of contact for issue resolution.


• Support investigations and changes.


• Support equipment qualifications.


• Support Walkthrough Audits and Internal Audits.


• Track and monitor local operational and quality performance. Escalate issues to the Head Packaging Operations as appropriate.


• Assist in development and delivery of metrics.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• “Higher professional diploma” or Bachelor’s degree in a scientific or related discipline or equivalent.


• Proven experience in  a clinical supply related area (planning, scheduling, coordination, etc.) or Quality Organization within the pharmaceutical industry.


• Familiarity with GMP requirements, quality procedures and SOP execution.


• Experience with SAP ECC.


• Above average proficiency in Microsoft applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).


• German and English business-fluent knowledge with effective communication skills.


• Ability to organize and manage multiple tasks at one time and meet deadlines.
