Ihre Aufgaben

SternDrive is our group wide Operational Excellence program focusing on continuous improvement in our production organizations and logistic hubs in Asia, Europe and North America. At our global headquarters in Nänikon-Greifensee and reporting to the Program Manager we are offering an Internship 100% (f/m/d).

In this role, your responsibilities will include:

• Support the global roll-out of the program, including the organization of kick-off events at Mettler-Toledo units in Europe and North America
  


• Initiate and drive improvements of training activities and documentation related to Value Engineering
  


• Workshop organization, content development and administration for the program
  


• Improvement of program reporting and data analysis related to program activities
  


• Developing of internal marketing material for the program
  

Ihr Profil

Following requirements are necessary for this role:

• Bachelor degree in the field of Supply Chain / Operations Management, Marketing or similar fields
  


• First work experiences and awareness of cultural differences
  


• Good knowledge of Microsoft tools (MS PowerPoint, MS Excel, Teams, SharePoint)
  


• Excellent analytical skills and structured approach to problem solving
  


• A self-driven, smart and fast way of thinking is highly expected
  


• Good communication skills and excellent written and spoken English are a must

Unser Angebot

The internship will be limited to a six months period, starting in May 2021. Experienced team members will coach and support you during your time with us.
