Ihre Aufgaben

In our AutoChem business unit, we manufacture synthesis equipment and calorimeters primarily for the chemical and pharmaceutical industries. To support our quality and test team at our headquarters in Nänikon-Greifensee, we are looking for a Project Manager PLM and QM 100% (f/m/d).

In this role, you will be responsible for the following tasks:

• As the PLM Champion, you will make sure that the Product Lifecycle Management guidelines are implemented correctly within the unit and act as a coach and trainer.
  


• You support the project teams in setting up, preparing and conducting milestone meetings and readiness checks.
  


• You will work closely with the global PLM team, ensure proper implementation of new policies and contribute to continuous process improvement through your feedback.
  


• As QM-Project Manager, you will lead the various maintenance activities (e.g. quality improvements, phase-out and optimization of logistic processes) within our Engineering Change Management process from idea to implementation.  They work closely with product management, development, production logistics and purchasing.
  

Ihr Profil

Following requirements are necessary for this role:

• You have a university degree with a technical focus (electrical engineering, mechanical engineering, natural sciences) and several years of experience as a project manager, preferably in the field of mechatronics or similar.
  


• You take leadership and responsibility and you can set priorities correctly in your role as a problem solver.
  


• You are a team player with good communication and coordination skills and can convince and motivate others.
  


• You are solution-oriented, work in a structured and organized manner and live an open feedback culture and can address and resolve conflicts.
  


• We expect a very good command of written and spoken English; a good knowledge of German is an advantage.
