Become part of the team at one of Europe's leading digital agencies! As Team Manager SEA you will lead a group of Webrepublicans within our SEA unit and ensure that the clients in your portfolio receive exceptional service. 

Your duties are...

...you are responsible for a team of consultants that is internationally oriented and works predominantly with Google Ads, but also with other search engines.  You support the team from strategic questions to reporting topics and everything in between. In addition, you will be responsible for a key client. You develop your team members, are a sparring partner for technical questions and make sure that all clients in your team receive an exceptional service and grow together with us. You will work with the Head of SEA and the other Team Managers to develop the SEA Unit and bring our values to your team: quality, innovation and drive.

You...

• have 3+ years of SEA experience in an agency or in-house and are proficient in using the appropriate analytics tools such as Google Analytics


• demonstrate leadership experience (1+ years) or have led teams in large client projects


• You are able to strategically advise internationally oriented client projects and to promote and challenge team members


• are knowledgeable in other disciplines beyond SEA (e.g., social media, display advertising)


• your passion and know how extends beyond Switzerland to other markets (e.g. US / UK and Asia)


• speak English (native language), good German skills are an advantage and have a Bachelor's or Master's degree (Marketing, Business or related fields).
