Your responsibilities
You lead market research and Supplier qualification
You plan and implement long-term development sourcing strategies
You build and maintain long-term relationships with Suppliers
You negotiate with suppliers to ensure maximum profitability and minimum risk for the company and projects
You place appropriate Purchase orders
You ensure achievement of relevant procurement KPI’s
Your experiences
BA in business administration, procurement or similar relevant field with 3+ years’ experience in international Category Management & Supplier Development, preferably in Power or Engineering industries
Electrical technical knowledge is an asset
Advanced and proven negotiation skills
Proven record on Sourcing strategy implementation and Supplier relationship management
Outstanding communication, presentation and interpersonal skills
Solid analytical and critical thinker
Strong understanding of supply contract legal terms
Good knowledge of SAP, eProcurement & MS-Office solutions
Multilingual with professional English (B2-C2) additional language is a plus
