What you achieve

You join Swisscom Ventures, the leading Swiss Venture Capital fund 550 million Swiss Franc under management and advisory. As an investment professional for venture capital in the health sector, you build a portfolio of investments in the health sector, such as connected health or personalized medicine. Your responsibilities include scouting, analyzing, assessing companies, negotiating, and managing investments. Managing investments end-to-end means you also take care of due diligence issues and exit strategies. Plus, you become a board member of portfolio companies. You scale the business and are part of an adventurous journey in corporate venturing.

Why you succeed

• Master's degree or PhD (Uni), preferably scientific or medical (biology, medicine, or similar)


• At least 5 years of experience working with the health space (e.g., pharma, medtech, research, or related)


• Experience and strong interest corporate venturing and innovation


• Venture capital or entrepreneurial know-how is a plus


• Strong stakeholder management skills


• Excellent communication and relationship building skills


• Startup mindset or even already worked in a startup


• Competitive, resilient, and highly motivated


• Very good English and German, other languages a plus
