Responsibilities & Profile


Your contribution to KPMG



  • Develop professional, target-oriented communications that are grammatically correct and stylistically aligned with the KPMG standards of excellence

  • Proactively and autonomously gather relevant information from pursuit stakeholders within the business and produce agreed deliverables according to set deadlines

  • Collaborate closely with the Pursuit Leader and/or Pursuit Project Manager to ensure a consistent approach and service level throughout a pursuit process

  • Assume project management responsibilities for pursuit processes, where developing critical messaging is the key service required by the business

  • Coordinate the document and presentation materials production

  • Document leading practice proposal documents and text modules in cooperation with the Pursuit Knowledge Management

  • Provide proofreading services for diverse documents and communications developed within the Pursuit Team


This is what makes you successful



  • University degree in Communications, Journalism, or Business Administration

  • Ideally 2 - 4 years of relevant work experience in an international company; experience with Audit-related communication is an asset

  • Experience in writing and editing business related texts

  • Native English skills and good German skills (both written and verbal), French and/or Italian skills are a plus

  • Ability to carefully listen and transfer information into a written form as well as an affinity for subjects like professional service selling or Audit topics

  • A proactive mindset that enables you to act, work, and think independently, while ensuring the duties and high standards of the Pursuit Team are appropriately represented

  • Experienced user of MS Office (especially Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and motivated to work with digital media

  • Pragmatic mindset with very strong organizational skills and an ability to remain calm and focused in stressful situations
