HR Coordinator (100%)

Your key responsibilities

As a Human Resources Coordinator, you are a vital part of the global HR team. You are responsible for providing efficient and smooth HR admin support at different points of the employee life cycle, from on-boarding to off-boarding, with a particular focus on Payroll preparation. You will also be involved in recruitment efforts and work on a variety of topics and an array of projects. The HR Coordinator will report to the Head of HR based in the US, and work closely with two HR Business Partners and the HR Operations Manager based in Zurich.

For this role, we are looking for a proactive and open-minded candidate, as well as a fast learner with very strong organizational skills. Ideally, you enjoy the HR world as much as we do and you are not afraid to go the extra mile to bring an outstanding service the company’s most valuable asset…our people.

Additional qualifications

• Completed commercial apprenticeship (M- or E-profile) or university degree


• Completed HR Assistant certification


• At least two years’ experience in a similar function


• Detail-oriented and discreet


• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills


• Proficiency in spoken and written German and English


• Excellent command of MS Office


• Previous experience of HRIS, BambooHR would be a plus


• Flexible and willing to work across different time zones
