Digital Training Platform Specialist 100% (f/m/d)

For our Laboratory Weighing (LabTec), which is a Global Business Area of METTLER TOLEDO and the world's leading manufacturer of laboratory balances, we are looking for a Digital Training Platform Specialist 100%.

Our employees develop, produce and market high-precision instruments to give our customers the maximum benefit in their demanding application areas.

In this role, you are responsible for structuring and delivering training, marketing and technical materials and expertise through our digital platforms to support our direct (telesales, telemarketing, inside sales and field sales) and indirect channels in their sales and service processes. You continue to digitally transform existing analog and remote classroom training courses with the help of trainers and new technologies (such as Merged Reality, AI). 

Your responsibilities include:

  • You analyze new technologies and best practices from other companies and continually implement these insights into our digital platforms

  • You test and implement electronic tools for eLearning, eDemos, Remote / Virtual Trainings and classroom trainings as a replacement to analog, traditional training sessions

  • You administer the digital sales enablement tool (SET made by ""Klycks") and you keep the content of the SET up to date by engaging with marketing and our Product Groups and other key internal stakeholders

  • You analyze the use of our contents and based on end user feedbacks (sales) and you conceptional develop our content and visibility on SET.

  • You support the team at times as a trainer with a focus on implementing and establishing the new digital tools and platforms

  • You collaborate with different METTLER TOLEDO country organizations to share knowledge, leverage and optimize processes and digital learning concepts. Leads smaller projects together with various stakeholders.


Ihr Profil

Following requirements are necessary for this role:

  • Technical or commercial apprenticeship (laboratory or marketing or technical fields preferred) 

  • Minimum of 2 years' experience in service, sales, marketing business or training environments

  • CAS in Digital Innovation, Digital Transformation or Content Management would be an asset 

  • Demonstrated fluency with Microsoft Office Suite and additional advanced knowledge with course authoring tools such as Articulate, Flash and HTML

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, effective interpersonal and teamwork skills

  • Credibility with multiple international cultures

  • Fluent in English and advanced German skills are required for this role
