About this opportunity 


This role is a leading transformation manager that is responsible help our Dental Service Organizations as well as the orthodontist in the EMEA region to put extensive training into practice and thereby ensure sustainable growth for Align Technology.


We are looking for someone with a proven track record of defining, developing, implementing, and reinforcing of new innovative customer-oriented activation solutions, preferably in the medical device/healthcare industry and who is be passionate about sales and does have a high level of business acumen.


As the EMEA Salesforce Excellence Manager for Customer Activation you will be responsible for the development and execution of commercial adoption strategies that will drive the increased frequency of use of Invisalign in targeted geographies and accounts.


Moreoveryou will oversee existing sales processes and methodology in EMEA, handle daily business issues, develop and manage specific commercial programs and recognize sales process needs and opportunities. You will be also continuously working to strategically expand, preserve or improve Align´s activation procedures, standards or policies while sticking to business edicts and regulatory guidelines.


 


 


In this role, you will… 



  • Defining, developing, implementing, and reinforcing the new EMEA customer-centric activation program that is directly embedded in the EMEA commercial excellence strategy and builds the foundation for sustainable growth in the Dental, Orthodontist Channel and its ecosystem

  • Coordinates with internal stakeholders such as EMEA Marketing and EMEA Training Managers to develop an end-to-end activation program that is built on the foundation of the existing enablement measurements and is driving and owning the relevant indicators for success

  • Analyzes the dental and orthodontist channel and builds the EMEA Activation Program based on data-driven insights to ensure strong change management measurements and a long-term growth engine.

  • Recognized by EMEA sales team as a strategic partner and consultant for providing coaching on multi-regional adoption framework, strategic insights into the different channels, demonstrating a high problem-solving mind-set, and general guidance on how to enable and grow through customer activation in the Dental Service Organization and Orthodontist channels

  • The effectiveness and the hereby achieved results demonstrate change and activation which improved EMEA cross-group collaboration and its alignment towards strategic customer centric initiatives that are executed in the complaint framework of Align Technology

  • Design the sales incentives strategy that supports the commercial EMEA strategy and provide sales incentives subject matter expertise to stakeholders/customers, and introduce best practices

  • Introduce best practices in quota setting, sales incentives plan and programs design, analytics, and reporting.

  • Drive the issue resolution process for responding to escalated issues and questions concerning incentive plan design, metrics and policies

  • Oversee and calculate sales incentive payouts manually and automatically (Xactly or other solutions)


 


In this role, you’ll need … 



  • Passion for med-tech as well as medical devices industry and for being a part of a fast-growing uniquely multinational positioned company to change dentistry forever

  • 10 years of experience in Management Consulting, Business Planning & Operations, Customer Success, Business Program Development or Sales Incentive Program Design

  • Natural ability to spot business opportunities and influence others to follow their change management attitude to enable sales channels with new activation strategies

  • Ability to create structure in ambiguous situations and design effective processes that enable sustainable business growth

  • Experience in working with complex, multi-divisional, multi-geographical teams

  • Bias for action
