CONTEXT

Richemont has a strong ambition to transform its business model towards New Retail. The group is pursuing its strong development into the digitisation of its commerce value chain, relying for instance on the recent acquisition of YNAP, Watchfinder, and the strategic partnerships with Alibaba Group and Farfetch.

In order to successfully deliver its ambition, Richemont is reinforcing its data and analytics capabilities. A Group Data Office has been created, led by the newly appointed Chief Data and Analytics Officer. An important role in the Data Office is Senior Digital Data Analyst, to define and deliver the future of Digital Data Analytics.

 

HOW WILL YOU MAKE AN IMPACT?

• You will define the future of Digital Data Analytics at Richemont:
  
  
  
  • Understand the business requirements from Maisons, functions and translate them into clear prioritised data specifications, matched with business impact
  
  
  • Align multiple technical and business stakeholders on Data Strategies (e.g., Channels and KPI definition, target architecture, analytics methodologies)
  
  
  • Build the Digital Data Analytics Roadmap together with Group Technology and Business Representatives, leading the definition of the possible with the Digital Data ecosystem available to Richemont
  
  

 

• You will be in charge to deliver the Digital Data & Analytics Roadmap:
  
  
  
  • Build transversal and automated reporting solution for the Group Top Management
  
  
  • Leverage the data and analytics tools of the Group (e.g., Google Cloud Platform, DataIku, SAP Analytics Cloud, SAP BI) to most efficient use
  
  
  • Lead end-to-end integration of new sources of data (e.g., from YNAP, WatchFinder, Alibaba, Farfetch)
  
  

 

• You will lead, train and support the Group Digital Community:
  
  
  
  • Be the point of reference for Digital Data for stakeholders from the different functions and entities of the Group
  
  
  • Define the Digital Data Governance to ensure data usability, interoperability, integrity, and confidentiality, in coordination with Data Governance team and framework.
  
  
  • Define and share analytics best practices and standards across the Group
  
  

 

 

HOW WILL YOU EXPERIENCE SUCESS WITH US?

• You hold a Master's degree (Engineering, Business Administration, Information Systems or equivalent) with 5 to 7 years relevant working experience in digital fields.


• You have a strong understanding and agility with Data and Information Systems


• You are passionate about the digital world and well-informed about latest market developments, you are curious and open-minded


• You are effective in managing projects and have a good ability to solve problems


• You have strong analytical and communication skills (English)


• You have a strong team spirit, you are proactive, enthusiastic and not afraid of challenges


• You are able to easily communicate complex ideas, interact with a broad set of businesses and stakeholders and present both over the phone and in person.

The candidate has an internal drive to challenge the status quo. Self-starter, the candidate is comfortable with ambiguity, able to think big and enjoy working in a fast paced environment.
