Ihre Aufgaben

The Group Training & Development Team is responsible to design, develop and deploy a comprehensive portfolio of high quality training measures for management, sales, service and other functions across Mettler-Toledo. Our focus is to contribute to the successful implementation of the company strategy and to build a high performance culture. Group Training & Development defines and supports the company’s talent management and performance management processes, as well as learning technology choices.

To strengthen our Group Training & Development Team located in Greifensee Switzerland, we are looking for an open-minded, motivated and structured Group Training & Development Coordinator 20 – 30%.

In this role your responsibilities include: 

• You will support the preparation, coordination, and timely execution of selected training program activities within the Group Training & Development (T & D) portfolio, ensuring smooth delivery


• You will support the communication process and interact with stakeholders during the whole learning journey 


• You will assist the planning, organization and field support of the training programs and events 


• Furthermore you will organize predefined hotel and local program activities with the respective vendors


• Additionally you will create analysis and summaries, edit and layout presentations and training documentation, and you maintain the Group T & D SharePoint pages and administer the training activities in the LMS


• Last but not least you will organize and coordinate team meetings, maintain the team calendar, take care of team tasks and handle ad-hoc requests (shipping, material orders, printing, mailings, give-aways etc.)

Ihr Profil

Following requirements are necessary for this role: 

• You have a commercial education with first practical work experience in an assistance and coordination role, advantageously in the field of Training and Development


• Very good knowledge of German and English language is required 


• You are experienced in using SharePoint and MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)


• You have good organizational, analytical, service-orientated and implementation skills and a high level of self-motivation and high resilience
