Hitachi ABB Power Grids is introducing a new global ERP system (SAP) to drive standardization and harmonization of our internal processes. Switzerland will be the front runner on this journey and was elected as Pilot. Therefore, we are looking for a highly motivated intern who supports us on this REIWA project for 6-12 months in our location in Baden. Your responsibilities

• Supporting the Country Project Manager as well as central function responsible from planning to implementation of activities on the different workstreams


• Preparing documentation of processes, minutes of meetings and maintaining our document repository


• Coordinating logistics, including booking rooms and equipment


• Carrying out workshop organization and facilitation


• Preparing presentations for management


• Supporting onboarding of new joiners and coordinating training schedules

Your background

• Student in an area like Business Administration, Economy, Marketing, Information Technology or Communication


• Service-oriented mindset, proactivity and structured mindset


• Business acumen; ideally some first internships or work experience


• Excellent communication skills, a self-driven work style as well as a collaborator and team player with a solution-oriented mindset


• Fluent in English, German as a plus


• Good knowledge in MS Office and IT skills (e.g. Excel, Word, PowerPoint, MS Teams, etc.)
