Job Description


Key Responsibilities



  • Serve a subject matter expert for Contract Manufacturing and 3rd party supply management to deploy and implement the CMB (Contract Manufacturing Business) operating model, establish an overarching governance and reporting structure to ensure Manufacturing Supply Agreement (MSA) obligations are met when Takeda continues the supply of divested products as a CMO

  • Coordinate handover from separation teams to CMB operations team and drive operational excellence

  • Support regional post Day 1 CMB model implementation and structure

  • Be a role model for Takeda-ism


Skills, knowledge and Abilities



  • Scientific graduate (BSc, BEng, MSc) with 5+ year experience in GMP environment

  • Solid experience in third party management and contract manufacturing operations

  • 10+ years hands-on experience in manufacturing and supply functions (including internal and external supply chain management, upstream and downstream supply chain management, S&OP, demand and supply planning, interaction with manufacturing sites) is a must

  • Experience with business development projects and project management

  • Divestiture experience preferred

  • Fluent in written and spoken English, preferably German, French or Italian language skills

  • Availability to travel
