Length: 18 months including 4-6 month rotation 
Start date: 1st May 2021
Workplace: Zurich
Academic qualification: Recently completed Bachelor's or Master's degree at a university or university of applied sciences. Ideally in business administration/ finance or economics

We offer:



  • An exciting role to experience the dynamic market environment of Private Banking International in a highly motivated team with interaction with Market Area Senior Management

  • In this position you have the opportunity to develop and implement business-, market- and risk specific projects and initiatives

  • You work on both customer-focused and risk-based initiatives, and work closely with Relationship Managers, our Business Support and Risk team, Senior Management and other partners when defining and driving Market Area specific actions

  • You are in daily contact with our client development, wealth planning and lending specialists on relevant projects to improve client proximity, such as pitch books, case-specific presentations, value proposition, client activity logs, collaboration models, monthly reports, budgets, etc.

  • You are supporting our Business Risk Manager on relevant risk processes related to client documentations, complex account openings, supervisory controls, client reviews, Suitability & Appropriateness (S&A), Anti Money Laundering (AML) and Know Your Client (KYC) matters

  • You support our above-mentioned specialists in their daily activities and complex client cases, from pitching via implementation to lifecycle. In this, you can excel on your project management capabilities and get to know a wide range of internal stakeholders throughout the bank

  • Support Senior Management to maintain quality, effectiveness and efficiency in the initiatives rolled out across the Swiss team

  • Responsibility for a variety of tasks and ad-hoc queries in the area of client development with the opportunity to learn new things
