Administrative and financial project manager 60%

For our Horizon 2020 - Project "REVERSE", we are looking for up to 5 years, starting 1 July 2021

Your main tasks



  • Project administration

  • Interaction with various partners in Europe and with the European Commission

  • Financial management and distribution of funds

  • Correct and timely handling of all necessary administrative and financial reporting

  • Experience with legal aspects of contracts

  • Organization of administrative and scientific project meetings


Your profile



  • Bachelor of Master degree

  • Solid experience in project management, if possible with EU projects

  • Excellent English and German language skills

  • Independent and structured working attitude

  • Good user skills in Microsoft Office

  • Committed personality with good intercultural communication skills
