IHRE AUFGABEN

• Reporting to the Head of Data Governance Office


• Support bank-wide stakeholders during business analysis of data insight initiatives


• Organize and drive successful completion including delivery of business case of data insight initiatives through effective project management and collaboration with stakeholders


• Communicate results and business impacts of data insight initiatives to stakeholders within the organization


• Examine, interpret and report results of analytical initiatives to stakeholders in leadership, technology, sales, marketing, business functions and product teams


• Maintain, adjust and detail implementation roadmaps of data insight initiatives


• Provide project updates on a consistent basis to various stakeholders about strategy, adjustments, and progress


• Ensures that Data Governance activities are embedded within project deliveries


• Run effective program management office activities for the Data Governance Office

IHRE FÄHIGKEITEN

• University degree or equivalent, preferably in science, business informatics, banking or finance


• Several years of professional change management experience in the banking industry with strong delivery record


• Strong knowledge of data analysis and visualization tools, such as Microsoft PowerBI and Tableau


• Understanding of and experience using analytical concepts and statistical techniques


• Knowledge or experience with data management including data governance, metadata management, data dictionary, data lineage, data quality management, data modelling


• Outstanding analytical, conceptual and problem solving skills


• Self-motivated, team-oriented and hands-on personality, comfortable in driving and managing change as well as challenging the status quo


• Fluent in English, German would be an advantage


• Proficient user in MS Office applications, especially Power Point and Excel
