IHRE AUFGABEN

• Reporting to the Head of Data Governance Office and working in collaboration with Enterprise Architecture, Security & Data Protection teams


• Business Project Management of Data Governance and Management capability build out including metadata management, data dictionary, data lineage, data modeling and data quality issue management


• Coordination of Business Data Domain Owners and Stewards to deliver Data Governance objectives


• Ensures that Data Governance activities are embedded within project deliveries


• Effectively plan, execute and report on the data governance office mandate


• Stakeholder management with senior representatives from the front office business units and supporting business functions like legal, compliance, finance, operations and IT

IHRE FÄHIGKEITEN

• University degree or equivalent, preferably in science, business informatics, banking or finance


• Professional change management experience in the banking industry with strong delivery record


• Knowledge or experience with data management including data governance, metadata management, data dictionary, data lineage, data quality management, data modellingOutstanding analytical, conceptual and problem solving skills


• Self-motivated, team-oriented and hands-on personality, comfortable in driving and managing change as well as challenging the status quo


• Fluent in English, German would be an advantage


• Proficient user in MS Office applications, especially Power Point and Excel
