Head of Supply Planning (all genders, 80-100%)

In this position you are ensuring best possible product availability on all channels on a global level. You are guiding, monitoring and consolidating all business relevant planning processes and actions in terms of Demand, Supply and Financial Planning (IS&OP).

Key responsibilities:

• Leading and developing the Supply Planning department of six team members


• Establishing and driving Integrated Sales & Operations Planning (IS&OP) as leading business & decision-making process to identify gaps and develop actions to close gaps


• Further driving overall planning strategy, process improvements and IT systems enhancements


• To translate the Sales Forecast/ Commercial target into Collection Framework


• Leading seasonal planning of inbound and outbound flows, including monitoring of stock levels and storage capacity and optimizing working capital strategies on Global level across all channels


• Responsible for allocating expiring products and most efficient liquidation of stock and link process back to overall planning


• Monitoring sample delivery process and ensuring availability, handling, and liquidation of items through adequate measures

Skills requirements:

• University degree (or equivalent) in economics, financial management, operations, or supply chain management


• At least 5 years of experience in Demand and/or Supply Planning and leading of cross-functional planning processes (e.g. Sales & Operations Planning, Strategic Business Plan development)


• Around 3 year of experience in people management


• Broad understanding of the E2E supply chain processes in an omnichannel environment in textile or fashion industry, including advanced understanding of process modelling


• Exceptional analytical skills and capability to manage complex business situation with competing targets


• Excellent understanding of IT Planning applications (ERP/BI/Advanced Analytics)


• Business fluent written and spoken English
