We are looking for a qualified and motivated Traffic & eCRM Manager to join our Digital Marketing Division.


Your mission


As a Traffic & eCRM Manager you will be in charge of leading the qualitative and quantitative improvement of the website traffic and you will play a key role in the digital transformation of Salt and its sub-brands.


Your duties



  • Ensure the traffic and the emailing strategy of Salt, DasAbo, Lidl-Connect, with specificities adapted to each brand.

  • Lead the qualitative improvement of ads and emailing execution.

  • Improve the existing follow up of traffic KPIs and develop a real last click follow up in parallel to a multi attribution approach.

  • Push Analytics learning to drive team priorities and traffic and emailing strategies.

  • Develop a real ROI approach for paid traffic, complementary to CPA.

  • Ensure the marketing attractiveness / click driven approach of the ads’ banners. 

  • Lead and execute the plan to develop SEO synergies to increase organic traffic.

  • Develop synergies with CRM team and create an e-CRM strategy to improve ads targeting and emailing strategy.

  • Explore emerging platforms and globally constantly hunt for additional profitable traffic through news ads opportunities

  • Develop an AB test approach in order to fix the ads best practices and ensure strategies are compliant with learnings.

  • Ensure operational back up and business continuity of team’s activities.

  • Supervise, support, develop a team of 2 skilled specialists.


What you bring



  • 5 to 7 years experience in traffic management.

  • A previous experience as team leader / team manager will be a strong asset.

  • Deep knowledge of Google & Facebook environment and all the assets of search, display, video, retargeting.

  • Deep knowledge of SEO growth leverage

  • Deep understanding of e-CRM and emailing strategy.

  • Proven success in a digital transformation driven by an ROI approach.

  • Web analytics skills: think with excel formulas and play Google (or Adobe) Analytics like Chopin plays piano.

  • Team player, you are able to push your own conviction but taking always into account the multiple opinions of your environment.

  • Marketing sales mind set & Project leading skills

  • Mastery of English is mandatory, French and/or German would be a strong asset.
