Client Service Officer - CEE Desk

Client Service Officer – CEE Desk (100%) 


About you. First and foremost, we are looking for a team player with proven track record of at least 5 years of experience within the Private Wealth Management industry ideally combined with strong KYC knowledge and in client onboarding.


Your mission: 


Provide administrative support and assistance in daily client relations matters to one assigned Client Relationship Officer. Particular focus is on new account openings (conducting due diligence and drafting KYC profiles) and regular KYC reviews.


 


Your tasks include, but are not limited to, the following:



  • Support one Client Relationship Manager in the daily business activities

  • Provide a top quality service to clients (regular and prompt contact with clients by phone / email)

  • Execution of client account openings, closures and updates (internet search, drafting KYC profiles, provide corroborative documents)

  • Preparation and follow-up of client visits (account documentation, check documents, account statements, etc.)

  • Execution and control of all client instructions (stock market transactions, payments, foreign currency trades, etc.)

  • Various administrative and organizational tasks (client reviews, missing /pending documents, delivery of holdmail, etc.)

  • Preparation of marketing material (presentations / pitchbooks / investment proposals / portfolio reviews)


 


Your skills:



  • Minimum 5 years of previous experience within the Private Wealth Management industry.

  • Fluency in English is essential.

  • As a plus, fluency in Russian with advanced written Russian communication skills (email / documents).

  • Ability to cope with pressure, deadlines and flexible working hours.

  • Good understanding of financial instruments (equities, bonds, structured products, derivatives) would be an advantage.

  • Must be resident in Switzerland with a valid work permit.
