Tech Team Leader (CTO)

eb-Qual is an owner-managed company founded in Fribourg in 2002, with offices in Givisiez and in Kloten. The business specialises in IT security and has an existing customer base of medium to large size companies across Switzerland.

What you will be doing:

• Managing a Team of 6-8 Cybersecurity Engineers.


• Managing the service delivery including time resource, training and cost efficiency


• Defining the strategy together with the board members


• Pre-sales activities for new projects


• Developing the Managed Services in our Company


• Developing our Product Portfolio and follow-up of product updates


• Conducting Product Analysis for emerging technologies

What makes you ready for this role:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in IT or equivalent certification


• Mother tongue Swiss German with min. C1 level in French and technical English


• Network and / or Cyber Security Knowledge


• Minimum 3 Years’ Experience as a Security or Network Engineer


• Minimum 1 Year’s Experience as Team Leader or CTO


• Willingness to move throughout Switzerland


• Ability to ‘sell’ a product or project
