In this role

Be part of a consultants’ team to deliver services, mandates and or projects related to Data Science. In your role as a technical project manager:

• You will design and implement data science solutions for our customers


• You will manage multiple projects in the field of data science act as a mentor for project team members as well as a single point of contact for the customers


• You will support the acquisition of new client projects, by preparing offers, and holding client presentations


• You will be involved in presales and business development activities


• You will contribute to elaborate and lead specific Value Propositions around various fields of data science applications,


• You will participate in continuously watching the market and technical evolution around solutions, in particular natural language processing and predictive maintenance


• You will actively participate to knowledge and experience sharing meetings with the team and the rest of the ELCA group

About your profile

For this vacancy we expect a candidate with an academic degree of a university, university of applied sciences or technical college with at least 8 to 10 years’ hands-on experience. As NLP is a core activity within ELCA group, strong focus is given on this and we expect concrete experience in the implementation of data science solutions (development and deployment in a real-life).

• At least three years’ experience in the design and implementation of machine learning models and in information extraction from data


• Experience in natural language processing applications such as dialogue systems and text classification is a strong asset


• Experience in successfully managing data science projects (within an agile framework is a plus)

Other skills:

• Flexibility to travel around Switzerland


• Excellent presentation and communication skills with the ability to evangelize to non-experts
