With a view to the future, we are expanding our team Technology & Innovation and are looking for a/an

Head Project Management (M/F/D)

Your tasks:

• Leading of the project management and Life Cycle team with about 12 employees

• Global responsibility of product development projects


• Planning and prioritization of projects of each business segment (Adhesives, Dental, Healthcare)


• Responsible to organize and lead through the milestone meetings within the development process


• Doing strategic project planning and ensure a sustainable project pipeline together with the business segments


• Technical responsibility over all products in the product life cycle

Your skills:

• Technical Education in engineering (MSc. or equivalent)


• Further education in project management and more than 5 years' experience in project management


• Experience with injection molding would be strongly recommend


• Further education in an economic topic is advantageous


• Several years experience as a team leader, education in the basics of leading competencies


• Very good practice in German and English
