Director New Digital Business Models

Your responsibilities

• Lead and develop an international team consisting of internal and external team-members that accelerates the digital growth of MCH with new services and solutions, while leveraging the existing portfolio.


• Development of new technology-based business models for MCH with a clear focus on the development of a transactional platform for one of our flagship products on the technology and UX/CX side in 2021/2022 and later scaling to other product lines.


• As a partner of the business organization and in close cooperation with other teams of the Digital & Information business unit, we will first develop a transactional platform and then further new digital business models.

Your profile

• Experienced in building e-commerce platforms with international partners


• Master degree in business informatics or computer science


• Your are firm in e-commerce technology with international scale


• Confident in agile project methods


• Affinity for the art world


• Collaborative mindset as collaboration across different departments will be critical to success.


• Customer centric "can do" attitude


• Integrator and motivator with leadership experience in indirect and direct leadership


• Excellent command of written and spoken English/German and Spanish an advantage.
