Thanks to the continued success and growth of andrion, we are looking for enthusiastic Project Managers for our customer projects.

ROLE DESCRIPTION 

• You acquire and carry out consulting and customer projects independently


• You are responsible for a specific part of the offer portfolio and create specific solutions for this purpose


• You develop project and solution goals and show related strategies


• You are a professional in the planning and implementation of solutions, develop and assess concepts, accompany teams during implementation and advise appropriate stakeholders


• You develop requirements analyses and specifications, evaluate customer and competitor solutions, carry out tenders, assess their solutions and make recommendations for the client

SKILLS AND EXPERTISE 

• You have a university degree or equivalent training in business informatics or business administration and ideally bring a degree in Business Analysis, Requirements Engineering, Process Management or Digital Finance/Insurance (IREB, CAS, MAS etc.)


• You master the basic competencies in consulting, architecture, requirements engineer, usability, UX, solution design, software development, deployment as well as test and quality management and bring a basic understanding for the corresponding professional standards/guidelines


• You know the most common documentation and modelling techniques and can use the agile project methods (Design Thinking, Scrum, Kanban, DevOps, etc.) as well as various collaboration solutions (Jira/Confluence, Office365, Slack, etc.)


• You have an analytical, results-oriented and business mindset


• You have experience in consulting and sales as well as design and problem solving and use the appropriate modelling tools in a targeted manner


• You are a leader, team-oriented, efficient and resilient personality who likes to work with different companies and can communicate in German and English


• You are hungry for knowledge and continue to develop yourself
