Establishes productive, professional relationships with key stakeholder in assigned global customer accounts in the Food and Beverage industry.
Coordinates the involvement of Endress+Hauser personnel, including support, service, and management resources, in order to meet account performance objectives and customers’ expectations.
Meets assigned targets for profitable sales volume and strategic objectives in assigned account
Proactively leads a joint company-strategic account planning process that develops mutual performance objectives, financial targets, and critical milestones for a one and three-year period.
Leads solution development efforts that best address customer needs, while coordinating the involvement of all necessary Endress+Hauser personnel.
Qualification + Profile
Bachelor of Science, preferably in Engineering
Previous experience in Strategic Account Management and Sales, preferably in the Food and Beverage sector
Ability to see the bigger picture and think strategically
Ability to impact and influence without formal authority
Capable of motivating and leading teams in a multi-cultural, multi-national and matrix environment
Language: fluent in German and English
Foreign travel is an integral part of the role
