Ihre Aufgaben

For our Laboratory Weighing (LabTec) division, which is the world's leading manufacturer of laboratory scales, we are looking for the Greifensee location, METTLER TOLEDO's global operational headquarters, for an enthusiastic Requirements Engineer.

In this role, your responsibilities would include: 

• You will evaluate and translate product ideas into clear SW&HW requirements that are understood by all parties and used for implementation, testing and documentation


• You are in charge of evaluating market requirements and to analyze and structure them in a comprehensive manner


• Furthermore you will ensure efficient and effective collaboration as well as know-how transfer between different Strategic Product Groups and R&D


• The implementation of best practices and the moderation of workshops and reviews belong also to your area of responsibility


• Last but not least you will visualize concepts and ideas and develop the basis for decision-making 

Ihr Profil

• You have a bachelor or master degree in a scientific or engineering discipline and at least 2 years relevant working experience in writing requirements


• Preferably experienced in the laboratory environment combined with knowledge of the manufacturing industry


• Solid technical background, SW application and product development skills as well as experience in development processes (requirements, testing, quality, and development) are key to succeed in this role


• A quick grasp as well as a distinctive conceptual and analytical thinking ability is distinguishing for you


• You are a networker with excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate cross-culturally with colleagues, team members and customers around the world in English and German
