Senior Engineer Anti-Vibration 100% (all genders)

WHAT YOU DO

• Act as the technical leader for anti-vibration throughout the whole Angst+Pfister Group 


• Manage the overall technical competence and the development of your assigned assortment


• Provide not only state-of-the-art engineering services to customers, internal sales or engineering teams but also maintain strong technical support to all Angst+Pfister subsidiaries regarding anti-vibration


• Deploy advanced product simulation tools (non-linear FEA) in customer projects across all subsidiaries


• Provide and participate internal as well as external (customer) trainings or seminars


• Act as Group Engineering Anti-Vibration team leader and be responsible for the technical competence and excellence in your business field

YOUR PROFILE

• Bachelor or master’s degree in mechanical engineering with a substantial technical background


• At least 5-10 years of relevant professional experience in a similar position with international exposure in anti-vibration related fields


• Familiar with advanced CAE technologies and virtual product development


• Strong communicator towards internal and external stakeholders with a strong business acumen and excellence presentation skills


• Ambitious, flexible and pro-active leader with the ability to enable a team to its full potential 


• Professional English level, every further European language (especially German) is a big plus
