Your field of responsibility

 

Join us as a Senior Account officer in our Commodity Trade Finance team ! Together with the Relationship Manager you build a strong Front Office team in Geneva and take over the responsibility to sell transactional trade finance products with the focus on the energy business. You supervise the whole life cycle of a transaction from acquisition to its repayment ensuring that proposed deals are in conformity of the banks risk appetite.

The Commodity Trade Finance team is a strong collaborative team who works very closed together with the Risk Management and different other departments providing trade finance products. Many of our new colleagues in this area have previously held roles within a Commodity Trade Corporation. Your skills and experience

 

We are looking for: 

• Professional experience in Commodity Trade Finance and proven knowledge in the area of financial analysis


• Experience in tracking of hedge positions (physical market versus future market)


• Solid social competence as well as good analytical and organisational skills


• A talent for numbers and good knowledge of MS Excel 


• A solution-oriented and independent approach to work


• Proficiency in English; knowledge of other languages would be an advantage


• Experience balancing multiple priorities and tasks, along with orchestrating results across a diverse group of internal partners


• Strong client orientation skills
