Your field of responsibility

 

Join our Chief of Staff team for Corporate Communications and work with the Chief of Staff on executing communications governance forums and weekly updates to the executive board. This role will act in a highly fast paced, very professional and global organization. It has an especially high senior management exposure and has the ability to work in a multifaceted environment exploring continuously new challenges to seek. Specific duties include researching and preparing materials for senior management, driving communications wide projects on diverse topics from talent development to process mapping. You will prepare Town Hall content and presentations, generate ideas for improvements and implement them. In this role you will interact with senior colleagues and represent the Chief of Staff office.

Corporate Communications advises on and actively manages group-wide communications with the media, including corporate, financial, divisional and functional topics. The unit manages and monitors reputational issues and partners with Credit Suisse management and control functions to develop appropriate communication strategies. Corporate Communications plays a crucial role to promote and protect Credit Suisse’s reputation and, in this capacity, facilitates the content compilation and acts as a central approver for all communications from Credit Suisse to external media. Your skills and experience

 

We are looking for: 



  • Experience in a COO or Chief of Staff team with a broad knowledge of typical Business & Project Management topics

  • Experience in a communications function would be an advantage

  • Excellent project management and organizational skills

  • Sophisticated knowledge of Microsoft Office applications (particularly Excel and Power Point) and in researching and creating content, briefings and slide decks for Executive Board level management

  • You have the agility to take up fast new challenges and dedicatedly resolve them under time pressure in a dynamic environment

  • You have excellent communication skills with the ability to interact on all different seniority levels

  • You are curious and proactively generate ideas for initiatives, improvements and projects

  • Understands the value of diversity in the workplace and is dedicated to fostering an inclusive culture in all aspects of working life so that people from all backgrounds receive equal treatment, realize their full potential and can bring their full, authentic selves to work
