Start date: 1st July 2021
Duration: 11 weeks 
Academic requirements: Recently completed or are currently enrolled in a master’s degree from a university or university of applied sciences


Your field of responsibility
You have the unique chance to support us in analyzing and developing key performance indicators to measure business results and evaluate business performance across locations and business areas. With the gained insights you support the Controlling team to drive alignment with these by collaborating closely with functions across the group. This offers you to establish a solid network across different functions in the firm and valuable insight into the controlling function specifically.

Your qualifications and skills
You already haves some experience in controlling or finance and approach things with a can-do attitude and act as team player. You enjoy working and communicating in a fast paced and international environment with a highly analytical drive.


 



  • A desire to seek challenges and are a supportive, adaptable team member who can build strong relationships

  • Strong analytical skills and the ability to work independently and with focus and precision

  • Good knowledge in working with data and dedicated willingness to deepen your skills

  • Interest and enthusiasm for challenges and analytical skills to grasp the bigger picture

  • Open and persuasive personality with strong communication skills

  • Team-oriented with good interpersonal skills and show a motivated and flexible can-do attitude, the willingness to commit and a passion for learning 

  • Ability to think out of the box and develop effective solution in a high paced international team
