Responsibilities

The Circular Economy (CE) is a key pillar of our Sustainable Development Strategy. The Intern will support the Sustainable Development team in analyzing trends to define the strategic and operational CE roadmaps for each market. 


 


Responsibilities



  • Assess the quality of the data provided by production sites for the Group Sustainability Report

  • Consolidation and presentation of sustainable products related data in a range of internal and external platforms

  • Gather and analyze business and market information related to the CE topic in all regions to define initiatives to improve our circularity per market

  • Facilitate the dialogue between topic experts and coordinate the technical information exchange between Countries and different corporate functions


Education/Qualifications



  • Fresh university graduate with Master´s degree or a last year student with technical or financial background


Experience



  • Experience in data reporting and analysis

  • Experience in driving forward projects

  • Experience in stakeholder relations

  • Experience in the domain of sustainability for large organizations is a plus


Knowledge & Skills



  • Ability to work with numbers and large databases, very good use of Excel required

  • Analytical skills, attention to detail

  • Drive complex project forward and dive into the data

  • Business & Technical acumen

  • Team player

  • Ready to challenge status quo

  • Excellent communication and presentation skills

  • Ability to work in multinational matrix and to deal with multi-cultural difference

  • Active listening skills
