Job description


Within the credit department, the Credit Officer is responsible for structuring and analysis of Lombard credit (standard and non-standard transactions). 
It includes collateral risk analysis (any type of  collateral, statistical analysis, product reviews), borrower risk (any type of borrower, balance sheet review, structural risk), legal risk (regulatory risk related to the borrower, regulatory/legal risk related to the collateral, perfection of pledge, cross boarder risk, review of legal opinion jointly with Legal expert), compliance risk (AML, compliance report review, structural risk, flow of fund).


Main responsibilities



  • Review, analyse and assess credit transaction (standard and non-standard transactions)

  • Handling of Credit Request, including discussion with stakeholders;

  • Recommend decisions to the respective credit authority level as well as risk-mitigating actions;

  • Provide credit advice to the Client Relationship Officer and their teams to facilitate sustainable growth, aligned with the Group’s risk appetite and credit policy.


Skills and experience



  • University degree in economcis or finance;

  • Professional experience as Credit Officer or Credit Analyst and experience in national and international financials markets are required;

  • Proven security and portoflio analysis skills  (any type of products);

  • Knowledge in Life Insurance Policy product would be a plus;

  • Review and analysis  of corporate document and financials statement; 

  • Knowledge on legal and compliance issues in relation to structuration of credit transactions;

  • Good Communication skills;

  • Adaption skills and ability to focus on efficiency; 

  • Ability to work independently and under pressure in a dynamic environment.

  • Entrepreneurial spirit and Team player;

  • Solution oriented mindset;

  • Good command of the MS Office suite; Bloomberg would be a plus;

  • Languages: English is mandatory, French and German would be a plus.
