Your field of responsibility

• An exciting and highly rewarding role as Business and Project Manager in Business Management & Development Premium Clients based in Zurich 


• The possibility to lead key projects and initiatives with senior management attention and a focus on driving growth and implementing strategic and operational initiatives


• A platform to work closely with senior partners on various strategic topics, target operating model definition and implementation


• An ideal combination of specializing in banking strategy with further improvement of your consulting experience


• A position to take over responsibility for analyzing and visualizing strategic and operational contents for bank-wide presentations, management meetings, strategic offsites and town halls

Your skills and experience

• Validated experience with a strategy consulting firm, preferably with a focus on banking or a successful track record in a strategy role within a financial services company


• An above-average university degree or equivalent, with a specialization in business, economics or finance


• Excellent analytical and conceptual skills, outstanding visualization and Power Point skills


• As a dedicated and trustworthy team-player you show a motivated and flexible can-do attitude and use your excellent organizational skills in order to work in a very precise and efficient way


• Fluent English and German skills are a must, French skills are an asset


• You have strong communication skills and are able to communicate efficiently and in ways appropriate to those being addressed in the interest of building up and maintaining a sustainable professional network


• Well-structured and solution oriented demeanor with a track record of getting things done


• Good understanding of the front business of a major international bank
